Description

Mouse pulmonary artery endothelial cells (mPAECs) are specialized endothelial cells lining the mouse pulmonary artery. By regulating vascular tone, inflammatory responses and thrombosis, they participate in the pathogenesis of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction (HPV) and pulmonary vascular remodeling, serving as a core in vitro model for studying pulmonary vascular diseases.

Immortalized Mouse Pulmonary Artery Endothelial Cells were transduced with lentivirus carrying the SV40 gene and puromycin resistance. Tests confirmed that the cells are free from bacterial and fungal contamination, exhibit excellent proliferation potential, and can be passaged 10-20 times in vitro.
