Description
Mouse cardiac microvascular endothelial cells (MCMECs) are specialized endothelial cells distributed in the myocardial microvascular network. By regulating blood perfusion, angiogenesis and cardiomyocyte-endothelial cell crosstalk, they play a core role in research on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury, heart failure and cardiac regeneration.
Immortalized Mouse Cardiac Microvascular Endothelial Cells were transduced with lentivirus carrying the SV40 gene and puromycin resistance. Tests confirmed that the cells are free from bacterial and fungal contamination, exhibit excellent proliferation potential, and can be passaged 10-20 times in vitro.
