Description
Human endometrial epithelial cells (hEECs) are polarized monolayer columnar epithelial cells covering the uterine cavity wall, with periodic proliferation and shedding properties (regulated by estrogen/progesterone). They play a core role in research on embryo implantation, menstrual cycle regulation and endometrial diseases (e.g., endometriosis, infertility).
Immortalized Human Endometrial Epithelial Cells were transduced with lentivirus carrying the SV40 gene and puromycin resistance. Tests confirmed that the cells are free from bacterial and fungal contamination, exhibit excellent proliferation potential, and can be passaged 10-20 times in vitro.
