Mouse hybridoma cells (anti-AChE)(AE-2)

Description

• Experimental animals were immunized with purified human erythrocyte acetylcholinesterase, and splenocytes were fused with SP2/O-Agl4 myeloma cells.
• The resulting antibody binds to human and monkey acetylcholinesterase, but the AE-2 cell reaction site is different from the antigenic determinant of AE-1.
• Testing found AE-2 cells negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox).
