Description

Human cardiac fibroblasts (HCFs) are the predominant stromal cells in cardiac tissue, accounting for 60-70% of non-cardiomyocytes. By secreting extracellular matrix (ECM) and regulating inflammatory responses, they participate in cardiac structural maintenance, injury repair and electrical signal transduction, and play a core role in research on myocardial fibrosis, heart failure, arrhythmia and cardiac regeneration.

Immortalized Human Cardiac Fibroblasts were transduced with lentivirus carrying the SV40 gene and puromycin resistance. Tests confirmed that the cells are free from bacterial and fungal contamination, exhibit excellent proliferation potential, and can be passaged 10-20 times in vitro.
