Description
93T449 cell line was from a well-differentiated liposarcoma located in the retroperitoneum of a 68-year-old female. The karyotype and molecular characteristics of this liposarcoma indicate the presence of ring and large marker chromosomes. These chromosomes contain the amplifications of MDM2, CDK4, and HMGA2.
