Description
We have developed a variety of tau stable cell lines (SH-SY5Y or HEK293) expressing fluorescent tau proteins and mutants through stable transfection with different fluorescent isoforms of tau proteins and mutants. These cell lines provide consistent levels of expression. Each cell line is ready to use in cell‐based assay applications, helping simplify the interpretation of the results.
These stable cell lines are intended for uses as “in vitro” models for tau research and related drug discovery studies. Each vial of these cells contains about 3 million cells. Moreover, we guarantee that these cells will expand in more than 30 passages following the cell culture manual.
