Recommended culture media:
Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium, High Glucose (DMEM) supplemented with 10 % FBS, 100 U/mL Penicillin and 100 ug/mL Streptomycin.

Subculture:
Cells are cultured as a monolayer at 37 °C in a humidified atmosphere with 5% CO2. Cells should be passaged every 2-3 days. Split at 80-85% confluency, approximately 1:4-1:8.

Freezing media:
DMEM + 30% FBS + 10% DMSO.
