Description
Human primary ovarian granulosa cells are widely applied in researches on follicular development regulation, reproductive endocrine mechanisms and the pathogenesis of ovarian-related diseases. They are also suitable for multiple research scenarios including ovulation-promoting drug screening, reproductive toxicity assessment, hormone secretion regulation, signaling pathway exploration and gene function verification. These cells serve as a reliable in vitro cell model for basic research on ovarian physiology, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) and assisted reproductive technology (ART).
Immortalized Human primary ovarian granulosa cells were transduced with lentivirus carrying the SV40 gene and puromycin resistance. Tests confirmed that the cells are free from bacterial and fungal contamination, exhibit excellent proliferation potential, and can be passaged 10-20 times in vitro.
