Description
Human colonic fibroblasts (HCFs) are core stromal cells in the colonic submucosa and interstitium. By dynamically regulating extracellular matrix (ECM) and secreting inflammatory mediators, they participate in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), intestinal fibrosis and colon cancer microenvironment remodeling, serving as a key model for studying intestinal barrier repair, targeted anti-fibrotic therapy and tumor-stroma interaction.
Immortalized Human Colonic Fibroblasts were transduced with lentivirus carrying the SV40 gene and puromycin resistance. Tests confirmed that the cells are free from bacterial and fungal contamination, exhibit excellent proliferation potential, and can be passaged 10-20 times in vitro.
