Mouse fibroblast cell line (A-9)

Description

• A-9 cells were isolated from the wild-type L cell line.
• A-9 cells are sensitive to HAT selection medium and lack adenosine phosphoribosyltransferase and hypoxanthine phosphoribosyltransferase;
• A-9 cells are resistant to 8-azaguanine (0.003 mg/ml) and 6-thioguanine (0.1 mM).
