Due to the nature of the products we sell (primary cells and cell lines for research use only), all of our products once sold are exempt from being returned. In case of any damages from a shipping process or product defects, we generally provide a replacement, rather than a refund. We will provide one replacement if clear images or related data as solid evidences are provided within seven (7) days after the delivery date of the items.
