Rat Hippocampal Neurons (RN-h) are isolated from embryonic day 18 rat brain hippocampus. RN-h are cryopreserved immediately after isolation and delivered frozen.
- RN-H are guaranteed to further culture in the condition provided in the technical sheet.
- However, RHN are not recommended for expanding or long-term cultures since the cells do not proliferate in regular culture.
