Description
Fibroblast Medium Plus Kit is a complete medium designed for optimal growth of normal primary cardiac and kidney fibroblasts in vitro. Each Fibroblast Medium Plus Kit consists of the following components:
- 500 ml of Fibroblast basal medium-2
- 25 ml of fetal bovine serum
- 5 ml of Fibroblast Growth supplement-2
- 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution.
