Fibroblast Medium Kit is a complete medium designed for optimal growth of normal primary fibroblasts in vitro. Each Fibroblast Medium Kit consists of the next components:
1) 500 ml of Fibroblast basal medium
2) 10 ml of fetal bovine serum
3) 5 ml of Fibroblast Growth supplement
4) 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution.
