Epithelial cell medium Kit – Plus is a complete medium designed for optimal growth of normal human small intestine epithelial cells in vitro. Each Epithelial Cell Medium Kit – Plus consists of the next components:
1) 500 ml of Epithelial basal medium
2) 25 ml of fetal bovine serum
3) 5 ml of epithelial cell growth supplements
4) 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution.
