Endothelial cell medium Kit is a complete medium designed for optimal growth of normal primary microvascular endothelial cells in vitro. Each Endothelial Cell Medium Kit consists of the next components:
1) 500 ml of Endothelial basal medium
2) 25 ml of fetal bovine serum
3) 5 ml of endothelial cell growth supplement
4) 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution.
