Description
We have developed the CHO-K1 Cells Expressing Membrane Bound TNFα (mTNFα CHO-K1 cell line) by stable transfection with a human membrane bound TNF-α (mTNFα) protein expression plasmid. The cell line provides consistent levels of expression of human mTNFα protein in cells surface. Each vial of cells contains more than 3 million viable cells stably expressing mTNFα with hygromycin resistance gene.
The cell line is ready to use in cell-based assay applications, such as screening for TNFα antagonists. This cell line provides consistent levels of expression, which helps simplify the interpretation of results. The CHO-K1 Cells Expressing Membrane Bound TNFα also allows to establish in vitro models for High Throughput and High Content Screening.
