Cardiac Myocyte Medium Kit is a complete medium designed for optimal growth of normal primary cardiac myocytes in vitro. Each Cardiac Myocyte Medium Kit consists of the next components:
1) 500 ml of Cardiac Myocyte basal medium
2) 25 ml of fetal bovine serum
3) 5 ml of Cardiac Myocyte Growth supplement
4) 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution.
