Skeletal Muscle Cell Medium Kit is a complete medium designed for optimal growth of normal primary Skeletal Muscle Cells in vitro. Each Skeletal Muscle Cell Medium Kit consists of the next components:
1) 500 ml of Skeletal Muscle Cell basal medium
2) 25 ml of fetal bovine serum
3) 5 ml of Skeletal Muscle Cell Growth Supplement
4) 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution.
