Description

Fluorescent alpha-synuclein cell lines as a novel family of stable cell lines have been developed through stable transfection with different fluorescent-alpha-synuclein. TagGFP2 and tRFP-alpha-synuclein cell lines are stably-transfected and it is ready to use in cell-based assay applications. These stably transfected cell lines provide consistent levels of expression, which helps to simplify the interpretation of the results. These cell lines are intended to be used as an in vitro models for research studies.
