Description
Mouse bladder smooth muscle cells (mBSMCs) are contractile cells isolated from the mouse bladder wall, responsible for regulating the urinary storage and voiding functions of the bladder. They have important value in research on urinary system diseases such as overactive bladder and urinary incontinence, as well as tissue engineering.
Immortalized Mouse Bladder Smooth Muscle Cells were transduced with lentivirus carrying the SV40 gene and puromycin resistance. Tests confirmed that the cells are free from bacterial and fungal contamination, exhibit excellent proliferation potential, and can be passaged 10-20 times in vitro.
