Description
Rabbit liver stromal cells are a population of non-parenchymal cells isolated from rabbit liver, mainly including hepatic stellate cells (HSCs), fibroblasts, pericytes and mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). They play important roles in studies on liver fibrosis, regeneration and immune regulation.
Immortalized Rabbit Liver Stromal Cells were transduced with lentivirus carrying the SV40 gene and puromycin resistance. Tests confirmed that the cells are free from bacterial and fungal contamination, exhibit excellent proliferation potential, and can be passaged 10-20 times in vitro.
