Description
AHH-1 human peripheral blood B lymphocyte cell line is a human leukemia cell line. It derived from the peripheral blood of a patient with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. This cell line:
- expresses B lymphocyte-specific surface markers, such as CD19, CD20, and CD22, and
- is capable of differentiating into plasma cells and memory B cells,
- is widely used in immunological research, for example, to study the proliferation, differentiation, and function of B lymphocytes, as well as for screening and evaluating the efficacy of antitumor drugs.
