Refund, Replacement and Returns:
Due to the nature of the products we sell (primary cells and cell lines for research use only), all of our products once sold are exempt from being returned. In case of any damages from a shipping process or product defects, we generally provide a replacement, rather than a refund. Refund is possible if and only if the order has not been shipped yet. We will provide one replacement if clear images or related data as solid evidences are provided within seven (7) days after the delivery date of the items. While all manufacturers cover the product cost for a replacement, some manufacturer like Cellverse requires customers to be responsible for the shipping cost for a replacement.
